I saw another photo of this street the other day and pointed out to my roommates that there’s a gelato shop among the countless embassies where I had this delicious waffle cone with gelato with my new friend from Brazil and my friend from study abroad, and that I proceeded to eat my gelato so fast I purchased another cone of gelato while my friends were still finishing theirs. Because it was just. that. good.

My roommates response? Oh, I thought you were going to say something like you saw the pope or something.
